*F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Yes. Typically our minimum run order is at least 144 units (1 gross).
Q: What is the difference between frost print (HFCSF) and surface etching?
A: High-Fire Crystal Satin Finish printing is nearly identical when compared to surface etching. We recommend printing for large scale production as it is a more economical solution requiring only one set up. Etched products are ideal for shorter runs, one-off's, glass that is not suited for printing or jobs that require a special artistic touch. With further etching, relief is cut into the glass creating a three-dimentional effect. Paints, inks and glitters can be dropped-filled into these relief's resulting in stunning and unique works of art.
Q: How long will my order take to process?
A: It depends on the product you are ordering, the service you have chosen and the time it takes to get your artwork approved. However, in general, we ask for at least three weeks from the time your artwork is approved and product is in stock. In the event production allows your order to be completed sooner, we will do so.
Q: Do you provide production samples proofs?
A: Yes. We can provide a production sample proof
for orders of 100-gross units (14400 units) or more at no charge. Orders under 100-gross or multiple production samples are subject to a sample proof fee.
Q: How come my order has a few less glasses than what I ordered?
A: We sell only in increments of full cases. However, because of the nature of working with glass, shipping, production methods and quality control, it is inevitable there may be a broken glass here and there. It is an industry standard to have a 10% variance in the total number of units in a production run. You will not be expected to pay for glass you did not receive. You will only be billed for the total number of units completed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept checks or cash only. Sorry, no credit cards accepted.
Q: What shipping methods to you use?
A: We use UPS Ground for smaller shipments and FedEx Freight for larger shipments. Delivery is available in limited areas for a delivery charge. Will-calls (customer pick-up) are always an option. It will also give you the opportunity to visit our facility.
