Art Guidelines & Requirements

Please read the following guidelines for the best formats to submit art files to us for use in our process. If you have any questions, please CONTACT US.

1) For best quality, please send files in Adobe Illustrator (vector art) format. If using Illustrator CS, please downsave to version 10. Send copies of any font files used in your artwork or if no editing is needed, create outlines on all text before saving. Send copies of any graphic files "placed" in your artwork. (Black and white (lineart) 300 dpi files are the best.)

2) If you are sending an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file, please be sure to either send copies of all font files used OR create all text to outlines before saving. *NOTE: Make sure to select the "Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities" option when saving.

3) If no vector art files are available, please send art in 300 dpi. black and white (lineart) saved in .tiff format. Color scanned images cannot be used, art with gradations, grayscale values or images off the web. (There are some exceptions, see below)

PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot send us any of the above file formats please email whatever you have and we will be happy to take a look at it and advise you on the best solution for producing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the nature of color matching, all final colors are subject to an acceptable varience.
